The rooms here are stylish and luxurious, equipped with coffee/tea makers, ironing facilities, and a work desk, plus the staff is incredibly helpful, the check-in process is easy.

I liked the nautical theme and the luxury of the rooms and facilities.

I would have liked to be able to use the indoor pool without the need for supervision.

This place's location near the Hamptons, restaurants, ferry, fishing, and restaurant/bars is amazing!

Clean and nice rooms, nice pool area

First night we stayed in the "Villas" which was not good, the rooms was not so nice. Then next night we moved to the hotel and got a nice room. The problem there was the aircondition, when we turned it on it was so noicy so you could not sleep wiyh it on.

Poorly managed. Staff confused and slow to respond. Difficulty when checking in, hotel put in wrong stay dates and made me prove it was a mistake. Put us in wrong room told me teservation details not confirmed and subject to change. Little customer service skills requests to front desk mismanaged and not communicated to staff properly. Very condescending. Hotel is not worth the amount charged per night.

The location is great. We stayed in a villa which was away from main area so it felt removed. We still had water views and were close to the resort spa. We also ate at the resort one night and found the service, food and wine exceptional. Just what we need for a nice relaxing weekend. The rooms have been renovated tastefully and were very comfortable.

the room was nice and big ...the bathroom was very up to date and very clean and nice big clean new bath towels and plenty of them..the view was great....

we stayed in a cottage that had an upstairs the people coming in from being out at nite was very noise going up the stairs.and at 545 am on easter the trash company came and emptied the 4 big trash cans...

Besides, the location was stunning for our stay, within 15 minutes' walk of Montauk Marine Basin. Furthermore, to the main area overlooking the courtyard-right by the pool-fire pit at night.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were poorly trained.

The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed, and there was a variety of tasty food options available at the outdoor restaurant.

The hotel had a great veiw from our room. The room was comfortable.

The people At the front desk did not inform guest about limited beach passes or all the things that were free for guest to do. outdated book in room room service old menu did not get to go to the pruvate beach of my choice

Location was great and they had a small private beach with use of paddle boats and small sailboats included. Bikes were available for a ride through Montauk. The place is pretty inside and well decorated.

The staff was not hospitable and the people at the front desk were not trained properly to answer our questions or help us with check-in. People do not pay attention to detail - our keys did not work several times, bathroom did not have towel hangers, front desk person lied to us about how much our debit card will be charged and told us it would be $50 old hfee but our card was put on hold for $600+.

The location was perfect, with easy access to Gurney's Beach Club Scarpetta and other amenities. The rooms were up to Gurney's brand standards and I loved the view from my room overlooking the courtyard and pool. The service was excellent, with friendly staff who were always willing to help. The breakfast options were delicious and the facilities were great, including a fire pit at night for a cozy atmosphere.

This venue offers beautiful and amazing location, just a short walk away from a local marina with a view and a patio in some rooms.

Located next to a beautiful harbor. Small private beach. Off the main road away from stores and shopping.

Was labeled right away for booking our room with you. Given a room at the very end of the building. Room was not in working order. Tub was clogged, toilet didnt flush, hole in closet, screen door did not close properly. There was a gap that let bugs in our room. Complained and nothing was done. Once again reminded we booked our room from you. Then when complained to manager our room was changed to a better room.
